OPERATING PRINCIPLES & BOUNDARIES

Useful AI. Responsible boundaries.

AI systems are only valuable in business when teams can trust what they read, what they do, and where they stop. Below are the ten operating principles that govern every system we design.

Important Scope Statement

These ten commitments are our engineering and operational design principles—not third-party certifications, formal security audits, or universal regulatory compliance claims. In addition, ATL Super Intelligence is a brand focused on applying today’s advanced AI capabilities to real business operations. The name is not a claim that artificial superintelligence or AGI has been achieved.

PRINCIPLE 01

People remain accountable.

Software cannot hold moral, legal, or operational accountability. Every workflow we design names a responsible human owner and places clear checkpoints before consequential business commitments are made.

PRINCIPLE 02

Access follows the job.

We configure integrations using least-privilege permissions. An agent or automation receives access only to the specific tables, folders, or API actions required for its defined task—never blanket administrative credentials.

PRINCIPLE 03

Approved information sources.

Knowledge systems and agents draw answers strictly from curated, approved company documentation and verified records, citing their source passages and abstaining when an answer is not supported.

PRINCIPLE 04

No automatic document sharing.

Deploying an internal tool never exposes private HR, financial, or executive files to unauthorized users. Document collections are segmented by role and explicit permission boundaries.

PRINCIPLE 05

Provider and model choices are documented.

We document which model providers power each step of a workflow, why they were chosen, and how API credentials and fallback options are architected.

PRINCIPLE 06

Retention decisions are explicit.

We configure enterprise API settings that opt business inputs out of public model training and establish explicit log-retention schedules aligned with your operational policies.

PRINCIPLE 07

Claims should match reality.

We do not promise "error-free" systems, "guaranteed ROI," or "autonomous employee replacement." We clearly label illustrative workflow examples and separate them from verified client outcomes.

PRINCIPLE 08

Important actions require appropriate review.

Financial transactions, pricing quotes, contract terms, external customer commitments, and record deletions require human approval or deterministic validation rules.

PRINCIPLE 09

AI is not an emergency service.

Voice AI, chat, and intake workflows are never substitutes for 911, emergency dispatch, or urgent clinical/safety intervention. Emergency keywords immediately instruct callers or escalate to emergency protocols.

PRINCIPLE 10

Project-specific legal, security, and compliance requirements require qualified review.

When a workflow involves regulated industries, protected health information, legal privilege, or specialized compliance mandates, we work alongside your qualified legal, compliance, and security counsel before connecting live data.
